In 1931, Dr. Manch N. Garhart purchased the property at 164th Street & Bothell–Everett Highway in Mill Creek, Washington - informally known as Wintermute’s Corner. Over time it grew to nearly 800 acres of what would later become Mill Creek.

Lake Dell / Garhart Reservoir
A 1930s Army Corps dam built to raise trout, the peat that turned them brown, and the reservoir that remains today.
Manch N. Garhart Family Summer House
Built in 1910 by the Welch family at 164th & Bothell Everett Hwy - the summer house and farm where the Garhart family spent their summers.
